This manufacturer’s representative agency uses Veribook to schedule meetings between representatives and clients.
Clients can book appointments with any representative directly from the agency’s website, or book appointments with specific representatives via individualized links sent via email.
Clients schedule their appointment in just a few seconds without needing to sign-up for an account. They’re asked to provide only basic contact information, to enable the representative to prepare for his or her meeting with the client.
Clients are also provided an immediate confirmation of their appointment on their device, and an email confirmation is sent to the client with further information. A reminder is also sent automatically a day before the appointment, to further reduce no-shows.
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments online as well, in accordance with the deadlines set in place by the representative. Cancelled appointment timeslots are immediately made available to other clients.
Each representative is able to set the hours that he or she is available, and signs in using his or her own login to manage their own schedule.
