The medical office chooses a location, then proceeds to schedule an appointment for their patient in just a few seconds.
The medical office is able to immediately print out a confirmation of the patient’s appointment, to remove any potential confusion. An email confirmation is also sent to the patient with further information, and a reminder is sent automatically a day before the patient’s appointment, to further reduce no-shows.
Each dietitian is able to set the hours that he or she is available at each location, and signs in using his or her own login to manage their own schedule.
