This European insurance company uses Veribook to streamline its internal workflow and to prevent double bookings when scheduling external phone calls.
Employees trained to conduct intake calls receive hundreds of calls a day – a certain proportion requires a second appointment to be scheduled with different employees trained to conduct different types of follow-up calls.
In such circumstances, the intake employee accesses an internal booking page managed by Veribook. This page lists the same-day timeslots currently available for four different types of follow-up calls.
Appointments can be scheduled in just a few seconds. The system has been specially configured to remove the need for any usernames or passwords, to further streamline their internal workflow.
The appointment is immediately confirmed so that the caller can be advised of his or her confirmed appointment time verbally. The system has been configured to not send email confirmations or reminders.
