This University Faculty uses Veribook to streamline its interview process for students.
Selected candidates are invited to book an interview online. Depending on the circumstances, interviews may be in-person, via telephone, or via Skype.
Candidates schedule their appointment in just a few seconds without needing to sign-up for an account.
Candidates are also provided an immediate confirmation on their device, and an email confirmation is sent to the candidate with further information. A reminder is also sent automatically a day before the appointment time.
If necessary, candidates can cancel or reschedule appointments online as well, in accordance with the deadlines set in place by the University Faculty. Cancelled interview timeslots are immediately made available to other candidates.
